At the Olive Tree we have a successful wig recycling scheme, drop
in groups, access to Macmillan welfare and benefits advice as well as an
range of classes, workshops all of which
form part of our wellbeing programme to support you through your cancer
treatment and beyond.
The service provides confidential benefits advice to patients and
their families who are resident in Sussex. It is not necessary to be
registered at the Olive Tree to access this service. Please call 01903

A series of workshops, repeated throughout the year, teaching and
encouraging the use of mindfulness as an alternative way to engage with
life around us.

Crawley Centre: 11.30 am - 1.30 pm on the last Wednesday of every month.
Horsham Centre: from 12.15 pm-2.15 pm on the last Friday of every month.
Usually held monthly, we offer a programme of interesting talks
and activities open to all members. The topics will be advertised
on our social media platforms and in The Olive Tree Times, places need to be booked.
We have a good selection of wigs at the Olive Tree for you to try. Many of our wigs are brand new, others have been donated.
You are welcome to browse our selection, in a safe confidential space.
We do not charge for wigs, but donations are
always welcome. We also have a selection of scarves, bandanas and hats.

Yoga can help to strengthen the immune system and encourage our
inner healing. It is a holistic healing system that creates harmony and
balance on all levels of our being.
Crawley classes are held at The Apple Tree Pub, Crawley, on Thursdays from 10.30 to 11.30 am.
Horsham classes are on Wednesdays from 11 am to 12 noon, at our Centre in Lavinia House.
