At the Olive Tree we run a number of support groups where you can
come along and meet others in a similar situation to share experiences
and advice in a relaxed, friendly and mutually supportive
atmosphere. Please contact the centre prior to your first visit to make
sure that the group is meeting that week.
The group offers an opportunity for people with dealing with the
challenges of a secondary cancer diagnosis to talk openly about their
experience and to receive support from each other. Speakers are also
invited to give talks & demonstrations on topics of interest. If
you are living with secondary cancer, you are warmly invited to come
along. The group meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 1p.m.
For men suffering from prostate cancer (partners welcome). The group meets on the first Thursday of each month from 6.30-8.30 p.m.
The group meets the last working Monday of each month at 7.30 p.m. To find out more please contact Liz Darragh on 01737 768511 Ext. 6688 or at Elizabeth.Darragh@nhs.net
