Taylor Wimpey donate £500 to the Olive Tree

The Olive Tree has received £500 from Taylor Wimpey South Thames as part of its ongoing donation box scheme after visitors to the Forge Wood development in Crawley were able to vote between three local causes to receive the donation.

Mary O’Brien, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey South Thames, says: “At Taylor Wimpey we are proud to give back to the local areas in which we build. We were delighted to offer a £500 donation to The Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre after they received the most votes in our donation box scheme at Forge Wood.”

Harpinder Bilkhu, a Macmillan Support Worker at the centre, said of the donation: “Donations such as this one from Taylor Wimpey are extremely appreciated. As a charity we are always needing extra funding and this donation will greatly help us and our services.”
