The Olive Tree is delighted to have been selected as a community partner of Crawley Town Football Club (CTFC). This long-term partnership was formally launched in February when the club generously allowed us to both raise awareness of our services and collect money at the home game against Stevenage Borough.
Graham Nicoll, Chairman of the Olive Tree Board of Trustees ,expressed the charity’s appreciation: “This is a fantastic opportunity for us to raise the awareness of The Olive Tree and of our work, and we are most grateful to the staff at Crawley Town FC for their ongoing support and help in doing so. We raised an impressive £700 at the Stevenage game, so our thanks also extend to the supporters for their generosity.”
The Olive Tree would like to register its gratitude to the CTFC players, who were bountiful in collectively making a generous donation to our funds.
Finally, we would additionally like to express our great appreciation to the CTFC kit sponsors Eden Utilities who are making a remarkable contribution of £577.49. Their Managing Director (and loyal Red Devils supporter) Mark Chipol raised this princely sum by auctioning off signed first team squad training tops via the club’s eBay account.
