Complementary Therapies

Complementary Therapies at Olive Tree Cancer Support
At Olive Tree Cancer Support, we offer a wide range of complementary therapies designed to support people affected by cancer. These therapies are provided alongside conventional medical treatment and are not intended as an alternative. Our aim is to support the whole person – body, mind, and emotions – during and after cancer treatment.
Complementary therapies can help people to relax, reduce stress and anxiety, ease the side effects of cancer treatments, and enhance overall feelings of wellbeing at what can be a very challenging time.
Our therapies include:
Acupuncture • Craniosacral Therapy • Counselling • Ear Acupuncture • Energy Balancing • Hypnotherapy • Indian Head Massage • Lymphatic Drainage Massage • Massage • Natural Lift Facial Massage • Oncology Massage • Reflexology • Reiki
All sessions are delivered by fully qualified and insured therapists who have experience working with people affected by cancer. Therapies are always tailored to individual needs, comfort, and medical circumstances.

Appointments and Availability
Therapy sessions are available throughout the week, with some evening appointments offered to provide flexibility. All sessions must be booked in advance through the Centre Manager or an appointed volunteer.
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so the session can be offered to another member.
Your Safety and Wellbeing
Your safety is our priority.
New members who are cancer patients will be asked to provide assurance from their GP, Oncologist, or Consultant before commencing any hands-on therapies.
All members are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to starting any hands-on therapy, ensuring treatments are appropriate and safe for each individual.
Contributions
If circumstances allow we welcome donations. Your generous contribution helps Olive Tree Cancer Support continue to provide these vital services and support to those who need them most. Thank you for helping us keep this important work going.
