Claire Completes Amazing 10k Swimming Challenge!

We are thrilled to announce that Claire Wildman, smashed her 10K swimming challenge in September in aid of the Olive Tree. Sheri, our Horsham Centre Manager, joined Claire at Nuffield Health & Fitness Gym, to cheer her on and contributed to the swimming.

Her husband stood by her side all the way as he walked the equivalent in lengths as Claire swam. Max, Claire’s 10-year son also swam an impressive 50 lengths. Plus, numerous family members and friends swam in support of Claire.

“In total we swam 30kms as a group – that’s amazing and so much more than I ever imagined!  We have clocked up £3702 and my brilliant employer, Legal & General, will match that so, that is £7404 for the Olive Tree – amazing.” Claire Wildman

What an achievement!

Update - The total amount now stands at £3737, plus Claire has won a £500, prize through a summer scheme at Legal and General, that encourages employees to prioritise wellbeing, and do more for charities, which is also being donated to the Olive Tree!
